Royal Oaks Manor - Bradbury, a front for the fraudulent ""be.group"" scam-operation, should be investigated by State Officials from top to bottom: from the Sharks in the sales department, to the incompetents running the ""show"". The High-Pressure Sales Department, staffed by former Vampire Squids working on commission, is characterized by, at best, a weak grasp of the line between lies and truth. My mother was offered and signed one contract; however upon moving into the facility, she was informed that the signed contract ""was no longer available"" and that terms would be ""adjusted."" My mother, already exhausted from a difficult move, lived in terror after being told by the Head Sales-Shark that ""we don't want to have to make you leave,"" and ultimately she signed the new contract under great duress. Needless to say, the ""adjusted terms"" rendered a $40,000 benefit to the ""non-profit."" The organization (be.group, formerly Southern California Presbyterian Homes) recently had their bonds downgraded to ""junk"" and a review of their very opaque financial statements reveal obscene executive salaries presiding over an ""empire"" built on precarious junk bonds. This organization preys on vulnerable seniors facing life-changing disabilites and illness and squeezes every dollar and every advantage from these seniors under a fraudulent façade of ""gracious living."" BE WARNED! BE SMART! AVOID THE BE.GROUP in all their perverse marifestations!
