Bait and Switch 8/18/2010

I took my Mercedes Benz to Royal Motors and was told it will be $750.00 for service OUT THE DOOR. I had found this repair shop on Internet and found there website. I printed out a coupon of 10% off or up to $50 off. When I got there the owner Martin told me it was over $800 with tax I told him that he had told me $750 out the door I confirm that with him telling him I will go the bank to withdrawal the $750 and bring it in cash he told me great, I also give him the $50 coupon and said I will not honor that because he said that he already give a great price and discount so basically in stead of paying $700 I was force to over $800, it's the PRINCIPLE about doing business. more

Horrible service and very shady practice 1/10/2008

April 2006:\r \r I took my BMW 328ci in for service thinking that I might be able to save a few bucks by going to a local service center as opposed to my regular visits to Irvine BMW and Crevier BMW in Santa Ana, boy was I wrong and what a big mistake.\r \r To make a long story short, the service agent at RM forgot to put my alternator pulley back on my vehicle causing it to snap the alternator belt and overheat my vehicle which resulted in a $2400.00 additional bill. After approaching them about this situation they claimed it wasn't their fault even though the pulley and belt snapped off after picking up the vehicle only 1/3 miles from their facility. Be cautious in dealing with this shady company. more
