Major Service 9/28/2011

I had to get my 60k service done and although most people recommended I go to my local shop, I had coupons and deals so I stuck with the Royal Moore Subaru. I had to wait a little for my last major service, but the wait was worth while. more

David was the most friendly, helpful and very patient. I've had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. He kept the pressure to buy low, and was completely honest with me about the entire sale, down to the bottom dollar that my trade-in would be worth. I appreciate knowing that he took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible & even after only being at the dealership for a few weeks, he as well was the sales manager. These guys are very nice and professional. They were able to work with me by doing number crunches to pull a car out for me. I was very pleased. There was no pressure, I was able to make a decision at ease. The price was so right and it made it a lot easier. Thank you! more

Very straight forward 9/12/2011

Very straight forward, the salesman (i'm sorry I don't remember the name), greeted us and everything was straight forward. No dirty tactics or pressure. Just told us why he liked the car and was very patient. My brother was very indecisive about a lot of things too, but the dealer didn't rush. The OTD price was exactly what was quoted over email and the price was better than any price on edmunds or TMV :) more

We bought the exact car we wanted for a very reasonable price. We had been to other dealerships and were thoroughly turned off by the sales people. What a hassle until we met Tim and the rest of the fine gentlemen at Royal Moore. Would recommend them to anyone. A very classy dealership with topnotch people who know their inventory. more

Amazing!! 8/18/2011

I made a wise choice coming here. I was always a fan of Subaru but my family was always a fan of BMW. Coming here is probably the happiest day of car shopping days because I found the most prettiest car I been dying to have and couldn't convince my parents to get me because they have stock turbo on majority of the cars. But the salesman and myself convince the parents the car is safe to drive even if there is a worst case scenario, if I get in an accident. I would be safe all around unless I hit my head on the steering wheel. Thank you for helping me and convincing them all the positives. Thank you so much. more

I bought the most adorable car. The Legacy has been my dream car for years. When I first saw it I know I wanted it but I wasn't age appropriate just yet and when I did. I got the newest year of them all and I adore it. I got the best deal with an amazing package. Thanks for everything guys. more

I can't really add anything to the other 5 star reviews. These guys are nice to deal with, professional, proficient and good in every meaningful way. When I picked up my car the gents walked me through the work that had been done, showed me the belts and etc. that needed to be replaced, made my pregnant wife feel special and were simply wonderful to deal with. I will certainly give these guys more of my business and will happily recommend them to anyone who has car service needs or in need of a new car.
