Royal Laundromat

I just left from Royal. I was washing clothes while on my lunch break. The service was amazing. Very friendly people to help me. They seen I did not know what I was doing. LOL. I also met the owner. Which was very refreshing. Great, great prices. Small but nice. I will most def be back there soon. more

I used drop off laundry and laundromat services. The staff was polite friendly and very helpful to me since I've not been in a laundromat in 10 years. The drop off service was excellent speed and care for my clothes! The laundry area was very very clean. They had simple machines and many of them too!!! This is a great laundromat and I will most definitely come here again!! more

For what it's worth, I'm really glad I tried out Royal Laundromat. I'm actually sitting here right now waiting for my wash cycle to complete, and I'm using the free Wi-Fi...which by the way is fast! Usually free wireless connections are bandwidth-limited, but not this one. I can see 8 other people using their computers as I type and I'm experiencing blazing fast speeds. They must have a 30mbit connection or even a T-1! more

we tried this place instead of our usual since they had wifi. the place was a mess, a creepy old man kept trying to talk to my young daughter. the staff watched me trying to get him to leave us alone and did nothing to step in and help. while trying to protect my daughter, our wash cycle finished. within less than 3 minutes, staff and other customers were pulling my wet clothes out and putting them in random places. so for the double the cost of my usual laundry, i was scared, treated rudely, had my daughter in tears, and my personal things violated. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. avoid this place at all costs more

I've used Royal Laundy's coin operated services for at least 7 years. I used to need it weekly but now I have access to a waher and dryer at a friends and only need to visit every couple months. The laundry mat is clean, the help is frindly and if they aren't they don't stay long. I've met the owner on several occasions and he doesn't put up with any nonsense from his workers. If they don't keep the place clean and do what they are supposed to do they are shown the door. There have been numerous upgrades to the laundry mat over the years. I don't know a cost comparison because I haven't been to any other laundry mat's in a long time but it seems reasonable to me. I took the time to write this review for no other reason than I think it deserves it. more

I am new to the Indy/Fishers area and needed to find a laundromat that could offer fluff/fold service. I located Royal (which happened to be right down from my extended stay hotel, and decided to go there. I dropped off my 16lbs of laundry around 10 in the morning on Saturday, and by noon it was freshly cleaned and folded (they even hung up my work shirts). But before I could even get halfway across the parking lot to get my clothes, the proprietor was carrying out the laundry to me. Great Service and I will be back next week. Pros: Extremely fast and courteous service! Cons: None noted more
