Royal Glass Company

Terribly unimpressed. Royal Glass hasn't even repaired my car window yet and already I have clear signs that I should not deal with them. First off every time I call I manage to speak to different people and NONE of them can remember the person I had talked to previously. Convenient, second I spoke with a man who confirmed with me several times that I would have a car come out to meet me on Tuesday between 1pm-5pm, well it's 5:30 now there hasn't been a sole. When I called back I got yet another new person who was clueless of the first three people I spoke with. Fantastic, now they're telling me they will send some one else out tomorrow to repair my car window. Maybe Royal Glass thinks we all sit around and twiddle our thumbs for the convenience that they give us all by existing but I can assure you, that is not the case. I encourage anyone who reads this, stay away from Royal Glass, they don't respect you, don't waste your time and money. more

Royal Glass is very fast and reliable. I had my car windshield replaced twice. They even offer mobile to mobile service. They actually come to your home or work place and do your windshield right there in less than a half an hour. I had a nick on my windshield and they were able to come to my work and fix it so quickly less than a half an hour. You can also get deals off their website too more
