If the rating system allowed -5 stars, that is what I would select. Royal Gardens does not care about residents needs. They only care about covering their lack of professionalism and lack of care provided to the residents. They are full of empty promises on the care your family member will provide. They do not follow up on promises to check with doctors and/or medication. They will ask to have bi-weekly status meeting, but do not follow up on any of your concerns. To make it short...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENT. ROYAL GARDENS ONLY CARE ABOUT ROYAL GARDENS and not being in a lawsuit.
