I called Kevin at 2:30 because we had a broken copper pipe that needed repair ASAP! He called me back in about 30 min. And said they were on their way! Mark arrived at my house at 3:30pm and completely finished and clean up by 4:30pm. Mark did a great job! Initial call back and arrival was prompt. Expertise and experience of the job required very good. Answered all questions and gave opinion on what task to try first which saved me hundreds of dollars vs. my previous plumbing companys suggestion. Thanksgiving week we were in desperate need of a plumber to immediately install our new refrigerator and connect the water hose as we still had the copper tubing and the delivery men would not touch it. After calling several plumbers, I lucked out with Royal Flush Plumbing. I spoke with Kevin in the morning and he came out that afternoon. He set up our new fridge, changed the copper tubing, put a new valve, connected the water hose, and even hauled off the old fridge. Kevin was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were pleased with his work and ability to get to our problem that day whereas other plumbers would not come out for two days. We will call on Kevin again and have recommended him to our friends. more

We had a slab leak and decided to re-route our hot water line up through the attic with the PEX tubing now being used. We didnt want to keep poking expense holes in our slab and damaging the integrity of our slab. We had a previous slab leak and it was repaired by another plumbing company who we now know way over-charged us. Not only that, they should of done (or at least suggested) what Royal Flush ended up doing in the interim, which they had indicated would have been what been what they would have suggested because now what we had done the first time is null and void due to the fact that it was the same hot water line to the back bathrooms that was still leaking just in another spot. So its now capped off and not being utilized. After obtaining several quotes, one including the previous company who came in with an outrageous quote again, I also obtained a quote from Royal Flush. All the other companies talked about poking several holes in my walls (which would have been another expense to repair) in order to locate the manifold b/c they werent sure where it would be. Kevin, of Royal Flush, knew exactly where it would be and came in with an extremely reasonable and precise quote. He explained exactly what he would was going to do, the reason he would be using the type of materials he was going to use and how long it would take. When he came to do the work he was prompt and completed the work in the time he allotted. They left no mess and showed me exactly what they had done. On Sunday night, 9/26 Kevin arrived to repair an attic leak caused by a rusted out evaporator coil and drain pan.He was very thorough in his work and fixed the problem temporarily. While I still need to replace my evaporator coil, I am thankful that the leak is temporarily fixed.It is good to know that someone out there will show up in an emergency situation without overcharging you.I plan to use your company again when I have another plumbing need. more

The first visit they made some adjust6ments on 2 toilets, cleaned out a bathtub pipe,and didn't even charge a trip fee. The second time, did more intense work on an old toilet and had it working in no time, very reasonable charge. I'm totaly pleased with the work and the professionalism. more

My daughter had used Royal Flush and was impressed with the service, the politeness and cleanliness of the service man who helped her. So, she recommened them to me when a water valve broke and was leaking water everywhere. This happened around 5 PM (NOT a good time for a plumbing problem)...I called and they came in a reasonable amount of time and fixed a couple of things for us. And, their rates are very fair! more

Royal Flush Plumbing provided outstanding service. We had recently purchased a home and initially called another company to fix a problem with the French drain. When that company could not locate the end point, we called other companies. Royal Flush Plumbing was the first one to call us back and, when they came out, they were able to fix the issue that day. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians and how they did the work. Whereas the technician from the first company we called was impatient and seemed like he did not want to do the work, Royal Flush took the time to actually survey, locate the end point, and do the job. We will definitely be using Royal Flush again. Their service was excellent and we haven't had any problems so far. I would recommend giving them an opportunity...you will be pleased. more

I first used Royal Flush Plumbing when I had a water line that was leaking in the front of my house. At the time, my wife was there but I was not at home, so I found Royal Flush online and called them to go out to the house. They were there within an hour fixing the problem. We called them back two more times after that to fix a water heater that started leaking as well as a shower that would not turn off, and to install a new toilet. Again, their response was very prompt. All three jobs they did for us turned out perfectly. It is nice to be able to call someone like Royal Flush Plumbing and have them send out a clean-cut, quality person who really respects your house. The technician put covers over his shoes even though we have tile flooring. I will always call Royal Flush. I would trust this company to come to my house and do repairs even if I was not home.
