I started my service about 8 months ago and I love it! It's easy to change, place or hold an order. I usually do it online but you can do it by the order sheet in your box the night of also. The food is always fresh and cold. And in the warmer weather they place ice in your box to keep the food cool. I have two little ones so I really appreciate not having to run to the store just for basics like bread, milk, or cheese. And the milk tastes great! more

Awful Customer Service 10/17/2011

They delivered product when I requested they ""Skip"" my home. They billed me additional charges without my permission. I cancelled the account and they continued to deliver and charge me. It was a fight with their customer service to get my account cancelled 2 weeks after the original request. Their product is great, but their service is awful. Every week they delivered at a different time and were never consistent. Be careful about their verbal guarantees about their service. I don't rercommend that you leave a credit card on file or you will never get it remove. more
