About a week before my wedding this past Saturday, my grandfather offered to pay for a limousine for my wedding. I was worried that I will not find a vehicle in enough time. I was also worried that if I don't go and look a the vehicles myself, I would not get what I ordered. I went to several limousine companies in the Galleria area. Some were helpful, some just wanted me to give them my money before I even looked at the vehicle. I went to Royal's office and was impressed with both the vehicle and the customer service I was provided. The young lady in the front office (Linda) was very informative and showed me all the limousine available for my wedding day. The limousine was clean and stored inside there big warehouse. I even saw that they had mechanics on staff to take care of the vehicles. I was really impress with their company even before I reserved the vehicle. I went back to Royal the next day and after visiting a few more companies to reserve my limousine. On the day of my wedding the limousine came almost a full ? hour before they were to pick me up. I had a great driver in Jeffery. He held my head every time I enter and exited the limousine, and evening help me with the train of my dress. He was quite a gentleman. The limousine was also beautiful and clean. They also were to roll out the red carpet for me for my departure form the church, but it stated to rain heavily during the ceremony, but Jeffery was there with umbrella in hand to escort me and my new husband Greg to the waiting limousine. Thank you very much Royal Carriages Limousine, you truly made my first experience renting a limousine memorable.
