Our painting project was started in the fall of 2011. The front entry door was the last part of the job. He was in a hurry and sprayed the door. He didn't like the looks so he rolled it with a thick nap roller he then tried to brush out the nap marks. With each attempt it looked worse. He agreed it looked bad and said he would be back first thing in the spring. We called at the end of March. He said he would get back to us when he had some jobs in our city. Finally after many calls to him he got one of his workers to come to the house and pick up the door to take it to an environment suitable for stripping and refinishing. When he said he would have to power wash it, it made me wonder. There are gouges from either power washing or rotary type sander it the wood door. The paint was put on with a lousy brush as loose bristles are imbedded in the paint. When he stripped the old paint all of the residue was not removed and he just painted over big globs of the loose stripped material. The door is ruined. After numerous attempts to get Royal Care Painting to call me, no one is returning my calls. The entry door is the first thing people look at when they enter your home. We have to have a new door installed. Although Royal Care probably does this type work, I would not have them do any more work for me. After numourous calls they wont call back
