They have no customer satisfaction whats so ever, do not expect to be told the truth of to be satisfied with the Auction. They have hype men that raise the bid (Ah Ah AH) but yet no one is bidding, but the price is raising. (strange) You say 4 and a quarter they say sold at 475?, and argue that 4 and a quarter means 475. They sell you a vehicle, they drive it outside meanwhile you go to the office and pay for the vehicle, then you go get your vehicle and there is no key, so they tell you to screw off til tomorrow. Ask them for your money back (I mean you haven't even got to drive it yet or even turn it on) and the owners will til you to come back tomorrow because their key man doesn't feel like making a key that night its too much work (jtb keys I believe is the name) So then proceed to ask the owner what time should I be here tomorrow to pick up the car since you REFUSE to give my money back, so the owner says that we need to be happy he didn't just accuse us of stealing the key to get our money back. So I then asked that they call a locksmith that will actually make a key and the owner still REFUSED. The owner REFUSED to give us our money, and the 2 Security Guards they have hired told us to go because we weren't getting our car or money! The owner would not even try to make customer satisfaction like maybe saying hey here is your buyer fee back, sorry for losing your key and be back at 10:00 and I will have it ready, SORRY. That is how a Real business would of handled it. The key guy didn't even want to tell us what time he would come in and make a key in the morning he just said when I get here. So I arrived at around 10:20 to see my Car parked at the front of the building, I go get the key they say oh we are sorry, go to start the vehicle and the transmission will not move (thats so funny it drove great through the auction) I made it to the parking lot next door (naughty or nice) and had to go to walmart to get a tow rope and tow it home, I took it to a trans shop and they said that they slick 50 motor oiled the trans which causes it to burn all the gears out, and that he has had cars from that auction before and would not recommend it what so ever. How the vehicle made it up the back parking lot hill is amazing since I couldn't get it to drive on a level plain when I came to pick it up. So not only did they treat us like they could care less, but the next day since their feelings were hurt that we called them out on being shady they burnt our tranny out and gave it to us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Half of the sellers there are in the scam too, cars with no reverse, cars they turn off in the line just so it won't over heat, and all they want is the fee they get from the seller which increases when the price increases. I have bought lots of vehicles from Royal Auto Auction and some have turned out ok, but the lack of respect for customers is RIDICULOUS. Another instance I purchased a vehicle for 900 go to get the vehicle and its not even there! The seller was mad he didn't get as much as he wanted so he just took it out of there ""secure"" parking lot guarded by 2 security guards. So the owner proceeded to tell me he would give me a vehicle of equal value or to pay more for the van and that I was not getting my money back. I had to argue forever to get my money back. DO NOT buy or sell a vehicle they do not even keep control of their lot in the back, just look at the people they hire to drive the vehicles around, watch the hype men bid for ghost and purchase a vehicle that will not make it off the lot if you dare, but I warned you. Oh.... and the 50 drawing at the end a scam too! They only draw 7 numbers and thats it, so they don't even have to put the real numbers in there, they just act like they drew 7 and none were present so OH no one wins, what a scheme what a scheme.
