Last week I was referred to Roys from Bills Auto Salvage in Sherman for a cooling fan for my car. I was quoted a price of 65 dollars which changed two hours later to 75. After returning to 65, I was told they had the part. I made the decision to drive from Sherman to McKinney in a car that was overheating to buy the part. I called Roys as i was leaving my home in Sherman. They said to come out the would be waiting on me. My girlfriend and i drove to McKinney only to be told when we get there that they dont have the part. My car overheated on the way back to Sherman on a busy 75. I had to have a tow truck tow my car to Sherman. This was very irresponsible on the part of Roys Auoto Salvage and placed my girlfriend and I in danger. Very bad business. Anyone doing business with Roys should be very careful when deciding whether or not to trust them. I say not!!!!! more
