I am thrilled with my new purchase- My Honda CRV. I lost my car in the recent Storm Sandy and was shopping to replace my Toyota Rav4. Started off on line and after a few conversations w other dealers, I found Route 23. Not only were my interactions professional from the beginning, I felt like I was treated like family. Carlos is not new to car sales but new to honda and the dealership. He got to know my needs and concerns, price range and made the process easy and practically stress free. He checked in on me along the way as I waited for my insurance check. After I drove home with my beautiful new car he checked in to give me info on a website we discussed later that evening.
