HORRIBLE customer service 12/2/2016

I would like to give this place negative stars. I went in there to get my lawnmower fixed and they had a bad attitude. When I went back to pick up the mower and asked for clarification on what was wrong with it, the man snapped at me and said he didn't know, he wasn't the one who worked on it. I had to go back and have it looked at again because it still wasn't starting just like before I had taken it in there. The people working there treated me like I was a complete idiot and blamed me for the problems it was having in a very rude way. The same man who I picked the lawnmower up from treated me with contempt when I took it back and wouldn't listen to a thing I said. This place is terrible. AVOID more

Great hardware store! 7/21/2011

I will gladly drive twenty minutes to go to Roush Hardware. I have trouble finding a clerk in the giant hardware stores, but in Roush, I am always asked if I need help. I was looking online for the best hammer I could find, and I found Vaughn hammers and I ordered one, then I discovered Roush carries them! That is an example of the kind of place it is - they carry quality products and are giving you that great service. This is my favorite hardware store! more

Great service - locally owned 5/25/2009

I go to Rousch Hardware's Dublin store. Their service is terrific - they have a welcome desk when you enter and personally walk you right to what you're looking for. If you care about Service, support stores like Rousch - otherwise there will be nothing left but WalMart in the coming years....yuck! Go locally owned stores with Great Service!! more

Dublin Store 5/16/2009

This place is terrible. I asked about a thin walled socket for a project, ( talking to one of the owners)and he advised me to go to NAPA or a specialty store. A hardware store is a specialty store, otherwise you go to Lowe's. Idiots. Do not shop there. They should say sure we will order it tomorrow. Unreal. more

I have the worst luck here. Everything I need has to be ordered, and they never want to order it. They tell me Rousch doesn't carry it, and when I call Dublin, they are happy to help me and its all at the warehouse. I can't explain it. The service is just unpleasant here. The parking is sometimes overcrowded, and you have to be careful entering State or Schrock, to avoid accidents, they are both REALLY busy. more
