In this new economy, who doesn't like a good bargain and Roundabout stores have it all!! Great quality merchandise at bargained prices!! I love Greenwich the best though and enjoy their new addition of European staff to do the job. Great friendly service!! A+++ more

Best Consignment Store Ever ! 5/4/2009

Good: I loved the fact that the merchandise was clean, current and Designer ! Unlike other designer "claim to be" consignment shops. Newsflash: In what world is Lilly Pulitzer considered designer?. Bad: I wish they had more larger sizes but I guess in all reality that small people buy more clothes and therefore have more to sell!. Improvements: More larger sizes! We size 14's still can dream!. Other: My daughter loves this place! She is addicted to fashion and loves the fact that she can actually wear what appears in Voque Magazine !. more

Exeptional Quality 4/29/2009

Good: I loved the fact that most items looked new & current. I read another review of an upset consigner. This makes me like this place even more! P.S. Their new Manhattan store is over the top! They reject items they feel are unworthy!!!! People do not like to be rejected, hence the disgruntled consigner! Cheers for standing your ground Roundabout!!!. Bad: I which they had more size 14!. Improvements: More size 14! Although I realize that size 14 people hold on to what looks good on them so less to consign!. more

Glorified thrift store run by donkeys 4/16/2009

This place belongs on the Top 10 WORST stores ever. The employees that work there must have forgotten that they work at a thrift store and not Bergdorf Goodman. They treat everyone that walks in like second class citizens. For consignments, they refuse to take $295 Theory slacks that still have their tags on them- while they have Steve Madden fake-leather shoes sitting right by the register. I honestly would rather shop at Goodwill, since I'm sure the employees there have a higher IQ than those that work in the Darien shop. Unless you want to experience extreme stupidity and utter lack of class, I would never recommend this store to anyone. 1 star is generous... they deserve 0. more

Items were not confirmed within receipt time frame 1/1/2009

They do not follow-up within 14 days of left designer merchandise which not only slows down the purchase period but leaves question if they will return or even acknowledge the dropped items. It's been more than 3 weeks since my drop off and will most likely take my items back. more

New & Used 8/20/2005

This is no ordinary second-hand clothing store. Here you might find brand new samples from last years high fashion collections or perhaps what they call “gently used” merchandise: a gown wore once to a charity shindig. Sizes reflect consignments received so there is a “hit or miss” atmosphere to the place. Everyone is helpful and the merchandise is displayed as in any boutiques. Drop by and take a look! more
