Worst Service I Have Ever Had - EVERYTIME! 9/14/2009

I have given this place so many chances - I mean I have called at least 10 different times to order pizza because I have had it in other cities and it is very tasty. The service, for whatever reason, at this location is absolutely terrible. Whoever works there, everyone who works there, should be fired. Everytime my boyfriend and I call they say they are closed, it seriously doesn't matter if it is an hour before what their website says. And the worst part is, someone actually picks up the phone and says hello, we are closed. WTF? Why are you answering the phone if you are closed? The owner needs to further evaluate this terrible staff - they are making a bad name for the product. Pros: The pizza is better than the chain pizzas... Cons: The service is absolutely horrendous. more

Horrible Service and okay pizza 9/24/2008

This restaurant is a joke. Their pizza is okay, if they can even get your order right. The service is horrible and good luck getting a manager to rectify your problem. They don't appreciate your business - don't bother coming here. There are better pizza places in the area that will not only make you a great pizza, but also have much better customer service. more

Appalling Pizza and worse service 6/8/2008

We decided to order a Pizza on Sunday Night from Round table in Laguna Niguel, CA. It was recommended as a good Pizza place but sadly it was really, really bad.We opted for their vegetarian, it was delivered on time but it consisted of raw, sliced vegetables, slightly warmed and very dried out from the oven. It was terrible. I called to say how bad it was and the manager would not come on the phone, when I insisted, he hung up.\r So he never found out what the problem was and I could never recommend them. Our evening together was ruined. more
