I love seeing how much this library has grown over the years. I am so impressed with how it has developed and how well it is taken care of. This libary has been renovated a couple of years ago and it helped so much. My children have always enjoyed going to story time and picking out books from their huge selection. Since the library is located in old downtown Round Rock parking has always been an issue and probably always will be. The joy on the childrens faces when going to the library makes the parking situation seem insignificant. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly and treat all the patrons very nicely. more

Reading is Fun especially in this place! 8/26/2005

I just love this library. I have never left with under 10 books. They have a great selection of hard to find books. The selection of Childrens books is unbelieveable, the staff is great, they have multiple computers downstairs for the kids and more upstairs for adults. The limit is 15 per person. Kids can have their own card and it makes them feel important! No charge except for copies if you need them. more

Want some peace and quiet 8/20/2005

Round Rock Public library is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The library is clean and organized. They have a great story time Tuesday-Thursday in the morning. And they offer different times in case you are like me and just can't get anywhere before 8am. They are really great with kids and make the library very kid friendly. But at the same time the entire upstairs is dedicated to the adults and you wouldn't even know there are kids there if you are upstairs. I recommend the library as a great place to escape and show your kids the great things about reading. more
