We had to have our garbage disposal fixed and the plumber that came was professional and friendly. He took care of the issue without any problems and it now works perfectly. We did have to wait about 2 hours for him to come, but when we called dispatch they told us exactly when he left and as we were on the phone he showed up! Worth the wait though! more

The worst plumbing job ever! 8/2/2011

Unprofessional. We just needed to have tree roots eliminated, but the Roto-Rooter tech claimed that we essentially needed a whole new sewer system. After almost a thousand dollars of useless procedures to get rid of the tree roots, we had to call another plumber to repair the damage caused by the Roto-Rooter tech (Jim) and, believe it or not, to eliminate the tree roots. We contacted the management at Roto-Rooter several times, they never returned our calls. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers June 7th& 8th 6/23/2011

June 7th Roto-Rooter ran a camera through my sewer line an found an obstruction in the line which they were able to pinpoint its exact location in the line. The next day, June 8th Roto-Rooter fixed the problem by jackhammering out a small section of my basement floor and cut out the section of pipe with the obstruction and replaced it with a new section of pipe. They then refilled the hole and cemented it in. They did a great job and I'm very satisfied with the work. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody. more

Great 11/21/2010

Great service. Speedy. Called at 730am and they were there by 8am. Tech was very professional. Basement was flooded of sewage and the tech explained everything to me in a language i could understand. I will call this office everytime i need assistance. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/19/10 10/20/2010

We had a clogged line from the house out to the sewer and Jim came out to clean out the line. He did a great job. He showed me what he was doing and showed me what a clear line should look like. Very personable and polite. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I have any more plumbing problems. more

Roto-Rooter Rocks! 10/2/2010

My experience with Roto-Rooter was wonderful. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service. On 10/1/10, we had a clogged bathtub drain and they came on time and had the drain unclogged within 15 minutes. They sent a friendly and knowledgeable service tech, Bob W. tech # 1746. I will definately be calling them should I have any plumbing problems in the future. As a side note if your worried about a tech walking through your home with dirty shoes, no worries with Roto-Rooter, they wear disposable booties over their shoes the whole time! more

These guys are straight shooters and don't make an all day project out of a 1 hour job like some of the big name local plumbers. There estimates are accurate and easily beat other plumbers. I have multiple properties and will continue to use them. more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers on May 13, 2010\r \r When I need an important plumbing job done, I always call Roto-Rooter. On Thursday, May 13th, they came on time as scheduled and took care of it. It doesn't come w/out a price but you can be sure the problem is fixed. more
