I called this morning to try and set up an appointment for an estimate at the end of the week. The customer service representative was helpful and she sent out a technician within about two hours of my call. The technician came out and completed the work the same day. The worker replaced my garbage disposal and it runs great. I am very pleased and will use Roto-Rooter again. more

Root balls 3/4/2012

We had a drain backup of water in our basement. We called and promptly had a technician arrive and give an estimate. We told him to go ahead. He was polite and professional and worked very hard to remedy our problem but was not able to dislodge whatever was blockiing the drain. He called for another technician to come out and he also was very courteous and professional. He worked for quite a while and finally dislodged the blockage . He then used a camera wh ich we were able to watch and found that a root ball was blocking the drain and par t was still there. He went back in with another cutter and cleared more of the blockage. We were very pleased with the prot service and remedy to our problem.\r \r The only complaint was that the first technician asked to be paid before the problem was solved, saying it was company policy .\r Satisfied customer more
