In a sad attempt to do some fixture changes to my shower, myself, I learned real quick to ""leave it to the professionals"". (haha) long story short...I had water everywhere!! I was able to get the water shut off and made the emergency call looking for a hero. I dialed and I was fortunate enough to start my experience with a very helpful, sympathetic ear. I was told that she actually could have someone out within in the hour; and within the hour my hero pulled into the driveway. It was pretty late in the afternoon and I knew it was probably close to quitting time for the tech, but you would never have known that by his attitude. He listened to my story and got right into it. He went above and beyond to get this job completed. The job turned out to be sizable, (in my Opinion), but he said he wanted to make sure I had water to the house before he left. After doing everything he could, he had to cut into the wall, capped the pipes and I was able to have the water back on. He returned first thing in the morning to finish and when I got home from work I was so happy. Everything was taken care of, cleaned up, and I felt a huge weight had been lifted. This may seem like an excessive amount of praise, but I could go on. It is not every day you are able to have such a great experience at a stressful time. Jim was fantastic, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I have already been telling my friends and family if they have problems Roto-Rooter is the place to call. I will call again for any of my future needs. Thank you...\r
