Good Plumbing & Drain Service 8/12/2010

This was my first time using Rotor -Rooter service. The plumber ( Mr Ingram) was very professional . I had a lot of questions about my problems , he answered them and explained what had to be done. I felt very confident that he knew what to , and my problems would be taken care of. First impression means everything in the business world . Rotor- Rooter will definitely be my choice for any future plumbing issues. Thanks. more

super efficient,professional plumber 8/12/2010

I called rotorooter Elmwood office at 8:15 a.m. for a clogged bathtub drain. Jeffrey was here by 9:15 and had the drain cleared by 10:30. It wasn't easy but he kept working until he was able to remove two shampoo caps and several ponytail holders, not to mention all the hair they held. (He was working on my 16 year old daughter's tub.) more

Hi ya'll - just needed to tell you if you have a plumbing problem call Roto-Rooter. I called and they were the plumber was there within the hour. They have a 24 hour service!!! and i think they may be the best in New Orleans. They have products you can buy that will keep your drain clear - the service tech. James (2745) was great- very informative too - but mainly it was reasonable and quick. Call them 818 1517 Pros: quick, professional thorough! Cons: none more

Fast response plumber 7/21/2009

I called after 5 pm on a Tuesday. Plumber arrived and was finished the job before 6:30 pm. He did not make a mess of the bathroom, was up front about the problem and the total was consistent with the free estimate. This was a dream come true. Thank you. more
