Roto-Rooter Seattle (Bellevue office) had two plumber technicians out to our house within two hours of placing the call for cleaning a plugged line between our house and the septic system. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgable. Our dog even liked them, after being petted of course! more

Our toilet overflowed for the 2nd time in a few days. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers and they were here within an hour. Giovanni gave me an estimate (very clear, straight-forward) and he fixed it within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this plumber for Eastsiders as well as those in Seattle. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-17-10 9/17/2010

My mother lives in Burien, just south of Seattle, and early this morning her sewer stuff started backing up in the bathtub. Called Roto-Rooter, and they sent a plumber out right away. He did an excellent job of finding the problem, and was most courteous. She was quite pleased. more

Roto-rooter Plumbers-August 23,2010 8/24/2010

Over the week end both bath rooms clogged up .We was in need of a plumber fast. I gotin touch with Roto- rooters in Seattle with in two hours they were at the house and working on solving our problem.The price was reasonable when you are without a bath room any price is reasonable.We would call Roro-rooter of Seattle any time we need plumber service again. more

Kitchen drain clogged. Giovoni and assistant arrrived on time and explained the plumbing problem. Only took about 1/2 hour. Courteous and efficent. Drain opened and water runs freely. more

Good service but pricey 7/24/2010

I scheduled a service Monday night on my house's garbage disposal issue and they came over Tuesday evening. The service is quick and well done. Two people finished job in about half an hour. Price is a bit more expensive ($399 for the labour). more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/15/10 7/15/2010

I was happy with the service from the plumbers from Seattle. I had no idea of the speed at which they would show, only an hour. They quickly determined the problem, got on it and were finished and cleaned up in before I knew it. I was a little surprised by the price but I hadn't used this service in many years so I don't think it was out of line. more

The plumbers from Seattle were excellent. They called 30 minutes ahead of time to notify me of their arrival. They were prompt, efficient, had a sense of humor and were neat and tidy on cleanup. They also demonstrated excellent knowledge about what they were doing and explained it to me in detail. 2 thumbs up!!!!!! more
