I had a troublesome drain clog in my kitchen that the first technician sent from Temple was unable to remedy. The manager, Sarah, was courteous and listened to my troubles and sent another AWESOME tech out named Rick, plumber #159 who not only went above and beyond expectations on short notice and after hours, he beat that nasty clog and fixed my drain. He also provided me with useful information to help maintain my drains in the future. \r Thank you to the team for helping turn around my bad experience and make it right. A million thank you's to Rick Monroe for his professionalism & friendly demeanor. more

Had to have Roto-Rooter out to our house last Monday, Sept. 24th. We live about 20 miles south of Temple so we weren't really sure which plumber to call, but so glad we called Roto-Rooter. They took care of our pipes quickly and gave us some good tips to help take better care of them in the future. more

I had an issue with my outside faucet leaking on a Sunday morning. I called around 9:00 am. Rick showed up at 11:00 am and knocked the job out in less than an hour. The best plumber in Temple. These guys were able to fix the mess caused by another plumber and they did for a better price than the other guys. They were friendly and helpful and made sure that I got what I needed. They made sure I got what I wanted and not what they wanted. They were even able to help me get back some stuff from the other guys that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise. A+++!!! more

Best plumber in Temple / Belton area! They were great! Water Heater busted on a Sunday evening (as usual), water spraying everywhere. They sent someone over, even though the late hour, they stopped the leaking. Water heater had to be completely replaced. They said the office would call in the morning (Monday) to set up a time. I requested it be ASAP, because I had to take off work. No Problem. They called by 8:15am and started by 10am. I have an older house and they brought everything up to the newer city codes. All the servicemen were extremely nice, cleaned up the mess. /The ladies on the phone were also wonderful! Great job! Will definitely call them for any plumbing need in the future! more

The appointment was easy, they came when they said and called first. The Plumber Mr. Herrera was very friendly and professional; he explained the cause of the problem and gave solutions so it doesn't happen again. I was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend them. more

Highly recommend 7/26/2010

I called in the morning, about 8:30am, and was given an appoinment for that afternoon. They called to let me know the tech was on his way. Mr Ed was very professional, he listened to what I need done, offered his suggestions, provided me with a written estimate, and was off to work. He was very professional. I highly recommend more

We had a broken flange in the bathroom and Mr. Ed Herrera came by and fixed it. He did a great job, and let me know exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly, and he knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who asked. more

On 8 June, Roto-Rooters fixed a leaky sprinkler valve. Mr. Herrera made sure I understood what he was doing and did an excellent job. I would use them over and over again! more
