I had an emergency at 10 P.M. on a Friday night and a holiday weekend to boot! In my search for a Plumber in Lansing, I noticed that Roto-Rooter offered 24/7 service. Praise the Lord!! I called and they had ""Ron"" who was on call get right back with me. He was on a job but arrived in my home at 11. He was a super nice gentleman! Poor man looked dead tired but got the job done. I appreciate that it was one set fee and not an ""hourly"" rate as he spent two hours fixing my drain problem. He explained what he did, why I had the problem, the cause, etc, Plus...in our chatting I got a couple new recipes too! A lady can't beat that! Thanks a bunch Ron....you are a lifesaver as I was at my wits end and am now a happy camper. I would most definitely call Roto-Rooter in Lansing, MI again and again!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Had a late Sunday night emergency that required the services of a plumber. Called Roto-Rooter in Lansing and they sent someone out right away, despite the late hour. The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the problem within a short time. Excellent service and price was not too bad considering. Definitely a 5 star effort. more

I was looking for a plumber in Lansing and randomly looked in the yellow pages. I was very happy with my choice. Andy identified the problem quickly and even went to Howell to pick up the part I needed. He came back the next day and replaced the part. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - date of service 5.20.2012\r \r We came home one evening to discover water in the basement of our Lansing home. A plumber from Roto-Rooter, Andy, was out the next day (Sunday) to fix our problem. He did an excellent job. He was fast, friendly, and professional. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber. more

Fast and Friendly 5/28/2012

They were able to quickly fix the root problem that was clogging the main line drain cleanout. It was also great to have a professional inspect the main line and check for any additional problems. It gave me peace of mind to watch the camera inspection and see that I did not have any breaks or low spots. more

We had a simple problem that it killed 5/23/2012

We had a simple problem that it killed me to call a plumber for, but alas I could not get that darn faucet to stop leaking on my own. Andy was awesome, showed up on time, and didn't make me feel stupid :-) There are a lot of plumbers in Lansing, and we've had a great experience when we call Roto-Rooter. more

A plumber from Roto Rooter came to my greater Lansing area home within a half hour of my call. Very Impressive!\r He was very polite and professional and unclogged our sewer drain within an hour and a half.\r The preventive information he left was a plus. I'd definitely call on this company again. Hopefully not too soon though. more

Plumber you can count on. 4/24/2012

Living in Virgina and have a house in Lansing,MI , which makes it very difficult to fix a leak. We called Roto-rooter on friday afternoon making an appointment for the next day. Andy from Roto-rooter showed up and took care of it instantly. Very professional and knowledgeable. These guys are around 24/7. I would definitly call them again if anything else happened to the house.Highly recommended. more

Solved the problem 4/14/2012

Had a problem for years in our upstairs bathroom when the injector pump from downstairs fired. Let's just say you didn't want to be sitting on the toilet upstairs. Ron came out and offered different ideas to try to solve the problem. Was willing to listen to our questions and concerns and checked out the entire plumbing system. After crawling into a difficult area he found the problem and fixed it. Ron was professional, great attitude and offered options at each step. Highly recommend. more

My husband and I needed a plumber because of flooding in our home in Lansing. My husband checked around and Roto-Rooter had a goood price. They came right out and Andy did a great job. He was personable and professional and gave us alot of very helpful information. We will be using Roto-Rooter in the future. more

Great service, not an honest sales pitch 4/10/2012

The guy that came out was great and he did a great job! I felt he was honest and very helpful. However, I do feel the guy giving the quote over the phone was dishonest. They NEVER mentioned that there would be a flat fee of $191.00. He said there there was a $29 visit charge, and if we went with them the fee would be waived. It only took an hour to do so really they charged me $191.00 for a one hour job when many other plumbers would do it for much less. Very disappointed! You NEED to mention that there could be a flat fee! Don't dance around it!!!!!!!! more

Fast Reliable Service 3/7/2012

I live in Lansing and my sump pump quit working, never a good thing. I needed a plumber fast. Fortunately it was caught before to much flooding occured. Called Roto-Rooter and they had Andy over to my house within an hour. He was courteous and very professional and had a new sump pump installed and working in no time. Thanks to Andy I did not have to get up all night to empty the crock. Thanks Andy! more

Reliable Service 3/6/2012

I own a very old house that causes occasional has plumbing issues. This time it was on a Sunday morning. They were very quick to respond and very friendly. When I do have a plumbing problem I don;t even have to think about who to call. I just automaticall call Roto-Rooter. I always feel they are honest and straight with me. I appreciate knowing up fron what the charges will be and they are never higher than what I was quoted. Thanks for always being there when I need you! more
