I was very happy that I called Roto-Rooter. Everyone was so nice from my first call till the job was completed. Jim Miller #1290 (thank goodness he was sent to me) was very thorough, knowledgable, friendly and wanted to do whatever it took to get the job done. He tried several ways of snaking my kitchen sink and YEAH! Progress. Then he went to the two floors below and next door to make sure all was OK there from what he had done in my place. Had I been assigned someone else, possibly they would have given it one shot and said we needed someone else, but Jim didn't give up. He is fabulous. Thank you so much. Also, when I called up Regina suggested I go on line or check the phonebook for a coupon. That was very nice and did help. I was totally pleased and thankful that I called Roto Rooter and that I had Jim Miller. He is the best. I live in Creve Coeur. more

We were in a bind on New Years Day ...our sewer back up!! So we called 1-800-get-roto!! We live in Roxana IL, within an hour they showed up...another 30 minutes and we were able to flush!!! and the drain pipe in the basement was clear!!! The roto guy was nice, great and very helpful!!! Even offered to clean up our basement!!! Sewer pipes were cleaned and treated very professionally and done the right way!! 5 STARS!!! more

We called Roto-Rooter on 1/2/15 with a kitchen drain backed up. Jason (Technician #3136) was personable and worked hard to get my kitchen drain cleaned. He put down a tarp to keep most of the yucky greasy mess that came out of that pipe from messing up our laundry room floor. We were pleased with his work ethic and cleanliness. Our home is in St. Peters, MO. more

After enjoying a fun weekend out of town I returned to find a clogged basement drain. Gary came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the work scheduled for the next morning. Excellent! Can't wait to have all the work finished up. He was quite polite and knowledgeable and so sharing of great information. I'll recommend him to others in need. Thanks Gary!!! more

We called early on a Sunday evening about a basement backup and our tech was here within 2 hours. This young man was personable and hard working and worked diligently until the drain was unclogged. He also offered tips to keep the drain clean. more

We had a burst pipe in the basement from the severe cold we have been having. Called half-a-dozen places and none of them could give me a better response time than Roto-Rooter. They came out the next day and fixed the broken pipe in two hours. The plumber was friendly, conscientious, professional, and qualified. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Water from sewer drain backed up in basement. Scheduled a Sunday online appointment, Jon the service tech showed up timely, was professional, snaked the drain, broke through some tree roots, took care to clean up the very minor dirt mess and we've not had any issues in the 2 weeks since. Highly recommend. more

Basement flooded for the second time in a week. Called Roto-Rooter and someone was out in about in an hour. Gary was professional and listened to my problem before suggesting solutions. The whole process took about two hours and when they left my house I was left with peace-of-mind. I would highly recommend. more

My mother & I tried to change a part of our toilet and couldn't get the toilet back together. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out and were amazing! I would have had no idea what the repair guy was doing, but he was super nice and explained everything along the way. It was a little pricy, but he took such care to make sure everything was in good working order before he left, I feel confident my money went to the right people. more

My main line backed up with some minor flooding of my basement this morning due to tree root infiltration. Called them and they were here in about an hour, on a Saturday. I knew what was wrong as it has happened before. Bryan took my word for it and got it cleared out in short order. I've always been pleased with their work. more

Our drain backed up during the storms last week, and we had a power outage. They could not come while we had no power but as soon as it was back on the Roto rooter technician was at our house in 30 minutes. And an hour later he had our main drain and our floor drain cleaned out and fixed. He was very professional. Thank You! more
