the sewer backed up into our toilet and flooded the downstairs. the plumber from the Rock Hill branch came right out and found the problem quickly. really knows his stuff.

Worst

They came out and gave me an estimate of $180 to replace a faucet, which I thought was excessive, but I needed it badly so I went ahead. THEN when the job was done they came back ...

My husband and I have, unfortunately, had several plumbing issues over the years in two different houses, usually due to faulty pipes. Roto Rooter was recommended to us a few years ago and we have had nothing but excellent service every time we have used them. We can only hope that we don't have anymore issues, but if we do we will always use Roto Rooter! more

Water pressure in my house was sporadically increasing and decreasing. Call Roto-Rooter on Saturday morning, a technician called me back within 15 minutes and was out to my hours within hours. Originally planned to complete repairs on Monday but called Sunday and was able to take care of it without having to miss anything for work. Absolutely great service, everything is working great and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. Great job Victor! more

I called Roto Rooter and they were here quickly and had us fixed in 30 minutes. the tech was so nice and helpful and two days later they called to see if things were still running smoothly and if we were satisfied. ! excellent customer service. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs! more

Roto Rooter provided me with the quickest and best service possible! Stan provided courteous and honest service for a blocked drain. I eventually had to get my yard excavated and a pipe fixed.The job was done professionally. The technician, Eddie, even made sure my dirt and grass was placed back. You can hardly notice my lawn was excavated! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for small and large jobs. more

Outstanding service! Having purchased an older home, I knew I would have some plumbing to be corrected soon. After my main sewer line backed up, the folks at Roto Rooter were very quick to respond to my inquiry. My technician was on time and very friendly. He explained my issues very carefully and gave a fair and reasonable price for my plumbing issue. Definitely a lifesaver and would highly recommend to anyone! more

Calledl Roto Rooter with a stopped toliet. Service Professional came out and corrected the problem in less than an hour. He was professional and very nice. I received a called two days later from their office to make sure that I was satisifed and everything was doing well. I will call this company again when I need them. Their customer care and service is outstanding. Thanks for a great and competent serviceman. more

Called Roto-Rooter of Rock Hill in the AM, service tech/plumber out at the time they promised he would be here, done 30 minutes later with my backed up sewer pipe. I would definitely recommend! Very quick service and response! Nice tech too! more

I had to call Roto Rooter plumbers in the middle of a Sunday afternoon around 2:30. I received a call back after leaving a voice mail within 30 minutes indicating a time that the plumber would arrive. The problem was resolved efficiently. The service man was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter of Rock Hill again. more

I woke up in the morning to serious drainage problems, called Roto-rooter and they had a friendly, competent technician at my house in no time. If I ever need a plumber again in the Rock Hill area, I'll call these guys. They were great! more

Always a call away 3/20/2012

I manage a large mobile home park, and back ups seem to always happen at very inconvienent times. But no matter when, we can depend on Billy and his crew. In fact they know the park so well , we are confident that we could call them and they could have it done with out our needing to be there more

I called late one afternoon about a toilet that I'd been having trouble with, and I had someone at my home in a few moments. I had poor water pressure in the toilet and had to have some parts replaced. The technician, Sam, was very professional, fast, and courteous. I've done business with Roto-Rooter before and I have no complaints. If you need a good plumber in the Rock Hill area be sure to call on them! more

I was in a rather desperate situation. I had out of town guests on Sunday and suddenly, the sewer line stopped up for the entire house. I call Roto-Rooter and they had a technician (Sam-Technician #215) within an hour and he saved e day. He was very polite and efficient. I would recommend Roto-Rooter highly. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/10/2012

I have had varied results from using different plumbers in Gainesville. I had an emergency flooded bathroom at night and called them since I knew someone would answer 24/7. They took my information politely and a technician was sent out within 40 min. It was late and the plumber I was sent was very courteous, listened to my concerns and I was honestly pleased with him. I told him that due to another flood issue I had 2 years ago, I was particularly sensitive to further damage and floods. He took extra precaution as he took out my toilet, walked back and forth on the wood floors, etc. It was as clean a job as he could make it. The negative is that this was fixed for a week and I have had the same toilet overflow again tonight. I have called Roto-Rooter to come out tomorrow for I think they will need to go even further than their initial 90 feet to clear the line. I will hope to have the same professional experience with them. more
