Our plumber responded quickly, however, no courtesy call was given the let me know he was on the way. That would have been appreciated. He unclogged our sink and worked quickly. Liked to talk and was friendly. A little pricey for labor, but we had to have the sink fixed and he did that. We live in Orlando. more

The plumber was very professional and explained the problem to me so I would understand what needed to be done. I was very impressed with Roto-Rooter from the time I placed the call to, to the quick arrival of the plumber and the overall service I received. The service I received from Roto-Rooter was exceptional. I've never hired a plumber before and really didn't know where to look. I searched online in the Orlando area and found their website. The site is very user friendly and EASY to navigate. I was able to set up an appointment online. I received courtesy calls prior to the plumber's arrival as they promised. I would highly recommend them. more

Roto-Rooter is the BEST! 5/21/2012

We had a great experience with the plumber who came to assist us with our back up problem. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes of his arrival and got it fixed with 5 minutes more. He was very professional and friendly. When he was done he offered a draining cleaning product to use as a follow up to his work. Overall it was GREAT experience! Thank You, Chuck! more

I had a great experience with the plumber who serviced my plumbing. I had contacted the Orlando Roto-Rooter to get a whole house special - cleans all drains and the vents to help everything flow better. it was beyond due. I am very happy with their service - have used the Orlando office for 6 years for all my plumbing needs. more

Great Service 4/15/2012

There WAS a leak on the outside of my house, but Richard from Roto-Rooter fixed it quickly and efficiently. I'm glad I made the right choice when i chose a plumbing company. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with any plumbing needs. A+ service more

Roto-Rooter has proven itself to be the best plumbing service I have ever called. I have used their services three times and of all three times, including an emergency night call, and two scheduled appointments, I have been met with very good service each time. I live in Orlando (near water) and that has proven to be challenging at some times, but I have no fear because I am hooked up with the best plumbers in town! more

My home in Orlando, FL had the master bedroom toilet clogged. I tried various remedies including an auger. Called Roto-Rooter and the plumber was on time as scheduled. Very polite and professional. Problem resolved in a matter of minutes. Thanks for the excellent service. more

Service Received From Rotor-Rooter 1/16/2012

I had Rotor-Rooter come to my daughter and son-in-law's home to install a new water heater. The technician, which did all the work was John Myers. Jonn did an excellent job. He was ontime when he said he would be here. He told us the pros and cons on which hot water heater to purchase. He explained all the safety points to watch for and what to do for maintenance on the new heater. I would recommend Rotor-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service to all my friends and family in the Orlando Fl area and exspecially John Meyers to be the technician to do the job. Thanks for the quick and excellent service. more
