Excellent response time and a great job done right. The service tech was very polite and went right to work. I had a french drain pipe clogged with roots and their machine cleaned it right out. I thought it was a little expensive, but I guess thats what excellent service costs these days. Good job guys! I live in New Preston, CT more

I had Tim Irace out at my property to clear a drain, he got the cable stuck in the line an the dispatcher had to send another tech out to get the cable unstuck. Found out that Tim is not a plumber, but is on the owner's softball team. 21 and not License!!! Be Aware!!! more

Roto-Rooter showed up, on time, and within the 4 hour window I was given. Wallace, the Roto-Rooter plumber, was curtious, looked at my clogged drain and quickly put together a plan to clear the drain. He made me aware of the charges before starting the work. It took about 30 minutes before my issue was resolved. Wallace was professional in explaining the issue to me, and how to prevent it in the future. Thank you Wallace and Roto-Rooter!!\r \r Scott more
