I had the inconvenience of having three drains back up within the past week. I called Friday and scheduled a plumber for Sunday afternoon. Donovan showed up during his specified window and did not hesitate to jump right in and access my plumbing situation. A few hours later everything was fixed and working perfectly. I have to recommend Roto-Rooter for having an exceptional employee who was efficient, professional and just an all around nice guy. I will not hesitate to call them again when I have any plumbing issues. Thank you! more

I called Roto Rooter early on a Saturday morning and they provided me a 4-hour window that they would contact me for a service technician to arrive. About 90 minutes later, John Gleason arrived (after a call saying he was on his way) and introduced himself at the door, came in and looked over our problem. He provided an estimate with no pressure sales attached. John was very respectful of our home and did a great job to resolve the situation quickly. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely call Roto Rooter again. more

We had a contractor at our house remodeling the bath. He said we needed someone to clean sediment out of pipes. When we called, rep said it d be up to 2 hrs. Within 5 mins., they called and said they d be here in 30 mins. The service was completed quickly, and though pricey, at least the contractor could keep working instead of missing a day. Thanks. more

Very disappointing experience. Called Roto Rooter to clear out my bathroom sink and bathtub drains as they seem to get partially clogged on a somewhat regular basis. Thought that would be a fairly simple process but not so. \r \r As they were taking apart the pipes under the sink, they managed to break the pop-up assembly and thought it was appropriate to charge me for the part even though it was due to their carelessness. Second, they refused to accept the $40 coupon from the Roto Rooter website that clearly says can be used for any service. Finally, they were so sloppy that they smeared dirt / grease all over my white bathroom walls. Very unprofessional. \r \r On top of it all, $400 to flush out a couple of drains seems ridiculous to me. Guessing there is much better value elsewhere, which I will look into next time. \r \r Service was performed in Victorian Village Columbus, OH by the 3825 Paragon Drive location. more

Our faucet out side leaked. We have had Roto-Rooter, 3825 Paragon ,Columbus, Ohio in the past for different things. I love how they keep you informed with a time window and service. Thanks to Brent #0216. He replaced the faucet, plumbing also a shut off. Very pleased with his work. He was very polite and knowledgeable and on time. My basement flooded last week despite a backflow device, 2 sump pumps, regrading of my home, French drains and work with the footers. My own plumber was going to charge an overtime service call to snake the line from the washer before I used it, after the flood, when I called early Fri a.m. So I found Roto-rooter in the yellow pages. \r After all this work done by other companies, Aaron Oswald not only fully answered all my questions but for the first time suggested a camera inspection of my sewer line, which showed it really should be replaced. It is almost a 100 years old, terracota, under a lot of trees. I wish I had been using Roto Rooter all these years, as no one else ever suggested this! I love my old house and really hope to preserve it for future owners. Thanks, Roto-rooter! more

Job well done! This is the second time we have used Roto-Rooter and have been very pleased on each occasion. This time I had a hose bib that had frozen and burst about three years ago. We never had the disposable income to get it replaced so we constantly hauled a hose from front to backyard for the past 3 years. The technician arrived on time and worked with me on a price that would remain in my budget. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also polite and answered additional questions I had about other potential jobs. I really appreciate professionalism and both technicians I have been exposed to were top notch. Thanks again Roto Rooter! more

Although I thought the price was high when he initially told me, I agreed. Glad I did. The drain was badly clogged and took him much longer than either of us expected the job to take. However, he was courteous and knowledgeable and continued to work until the problem was fixed. Glad I called a professional rather than trying to unclog it ourselves. more

We could not use our kitchen sink and were in a jam because we had a LOT of baking to do for a function the next day. We called Roto-Rooter at 3825 Paragon Drive, Columbus, OH. Roto-Rooter answered our call and was at our house within the hour. They were fast, friendly, and honest. The serviceman also was very knowledgeable and educational, as he explained everything he was doing, what the problem was, and how to avoid being in the same situation in the future. He made sure that everything was working right and was clean before he left. Great job! more
