Won't Use Rotorooter Again 11/26/2010

Arrival time and repair of leaking pipe was very good. Cleanup was poor, I had to vacuum debris after plumber left. Although job was not done by the hour, hourly cost was approximately $233 an hour. Plumber cut a 27" x 10" hole in the ceiling (about 3 minutes). Plumber left premises to get parts (about 15 minutes), returned and replaced a leaking Quest fitting. Labor cost was $350. WAY TOO MUCH for the work done!! I do not recommend Rotorooter and I will definitely not use their services again. more

On 11/1 Danny Cook came to my home to unplug my kitchen drain. It took 2 hours and several attempts, but he finally got it running. He answered many questions and gave great plumbing advice. I feel like we've made a new friend! I hope we get Danny every time we call Roto-Rooter! more

First we called and were greeted by a very professional lady who helped us set an appointment. Then we got a call to let us know when the plumber was on his way. The plumber (Michael) arrived and greeted us with information about the service he was going to provide and some information about other products and services that are provided by Roto-Rooter. He ran a quick test to help diagnose the whole problem before he did anything else. Then he performed the service and cleared up the problem and we are really happy to have someone as professional as Michael come to our aid. Thank You Roto-Rooter of Colorado Springs. more

Not good with names, but Technician 2127 was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a 1 year warranty and a discount if we have to replace our water heater. We will use him again!! BUT HE SAVED OUR 9 YEAR OLD WATER HEATER! more

Danny responded quickly the morning we reported our sewer line back up. He outlined the options, got right to work and replaced our sewer extaction pump with a new high-quality product...the drains were flowing in no time. Clogged shower drain 7/8/2010

This morning Bill, the Roto-Rooter man, came to help with a clogged shower drain. He was friendly and courteous plus he reminded me that coupons for discounted services are available on line. That helped save us $$$ for other home improvements. Bill also let me know that there might be something amiss in the main drain-tree roots probably. No hard sell- just making sure that we are aware so we can take care of it before it becomes and emergency. I've been through a backed up line before it I do not want to go there again! I appreciate the good service and I'll call Roto-Rooter anytime. Thanks! Pros: Friendly and helpful more

The tech I had was really knowledgeable and made getting the bill less painful. I will reccomend Roto-Rooter to any one who has plumbing troubles. Pros: The tech was really fast getting here Cons: A little pricey, but still worth it more

"Roro-Rooter" Service 10/28/2009

Called out Roto-Rooter to unclog a plugged sewer line. The service man was prompt, courteous and looked professional in his apprearance. He was very efficient and cleaned up everything before he left. We did have to call him back in a week, but good to their word, there was no charge. Pros: Prompt/Couteous more

I was trying to fix a leaky tub spout and somehow managed to break a pipe in the wall. I shut the main water to the house off. It was Sunday evening and I was expecting to pay through the nose. I saw Roto-Rooters ad for same price on weekends. Dave arrived in less than 30 minutes and worked late into the night fixing our problem. I was impressed by his work (1 year guarantee) and the reasonable rates; we were able to have running water that night. Roto-Rooter saved the day! Pros: Excellent Service more

Don't use Roto-Rooter! 10/5/2009

I called them out to snake my line. Their snake got stuck. Called in excavation manager , he used a camera in the line and then told us the line was broken and it would be $4500 to fix. They proceeded to dig up our yard to get to the line and then they tell us it is not broken it was stuck in a root but that it is still our responsibility to pay the $4500. We only agreed to them digging because we were told the main line was broken! Pros: none Cons: unprofessional more

Pricey but friendly 9/7/2009

Both employees that I dealt with today were friendly, helpful and most of all empathatic. After all, I had to spend $4700 today to fix my sewere line! Very pricey, however I feel safe knowing that the were going to get it done on a holiday at no extra charge plus I will have a warrantly on the work. Pros: So far all employees are friendly helpful Cons: Price more
