Plumber arrived within the time frame provided and the time provided was within 2 hours from the time we called. The plumber quickly identified the problem and explained options available to us. Excellent service and we will definitely consider Roto-Rooter for all our plumbing needs. more

January 8th, 2014. Made call for service for backed up sewer lines. Supply of plumbers in my area apparently was stretched very thin. After 12 hours a plumber was dispatched to my home all the way from Illinois, at least an hour and a half drive for the repair. I was very appreciative of the long drive and great service from the Technician Danny 2153. He was very knowledgeable and friendly at the end of what I'm sure was a long and very cold day. I would highly recommend and hope he gets credit where credit is due. more
