Steven and Richard are the best. My landlord is not a good person, but these guys are. My child is on a ventilator and a feeding tube. Roto Rooter showed up within the hour and we will be able to flush our toilet and use water today. There are good people left in this world. My family thanks them from the bottom of our hearts. more

Drain Backup 11/1/2017

Thought I had a regular drain backup and tried on several occasions to go atop the roof with a "snake" but couldn't clear clog. Called two plumbers out, both stating I had busted pipe underground. One explained a slightly complicated plan on making repairs which included breaking up tiles inside and on the patio including outside plants. Called Roto-Rooter whom we had used in past who under-bided the others and came up with a solution with the least amount of disruption to property and very little extra cost in replacing the patio tile. The two techs who performed most of the work (Raymond & Jayden) used up-to-date equipment to detect the outlay of the underground pipes and where the problem was originating. The techs were very nice and pleasant to work with, explained beforehand what they were going to do and as they went along. They graciously answered all my many questions with expertise. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/21/12 7/23/2012

Ken from Roto-Rooter in Orlando, FL came to our house to assist us with some backed up plumbing. we'd had another plumber from a differnt company out to the house a few times before but they consistantly didn't fix the problem. Ken took one look and instantly knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. more

The service I received from Roto-Rooter was exceptional. I've never hired a plumber before and really didn't know where to look. I searched online in the Orlando area and found their website. The site is very user friendly and EASY to navigate. I was able to set up an appointment online. I received courtesy calls prior to the plumber's arrival as they promised. I would highly recommend them. more

The Orlando roto-rooter plumbing technican was excellent as he repaired a main drain blockage. He exhibited knowledge and professionalism during his visit. The tech's name was Miguel (#53-2558) and should I have a plumbing problem in the future I will definitely call Roto-Rooter and hope that Miguel would be available. Larry H. more

I called Roto-Rooter last night and the technicican was at my house in less than thirty minutes. He was very professional and nice to speak with. He did the job in under thirty minutes and everything was fixed. He guaranteed my service for six months and was very informative of what happened and what I could do to avoid problems in the future. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone seeking help with a plumbing issue in the Orlando area. more

I had contacted the Orlando Roto-Rooter to get a whole house special - cleans all drains and the vents to help everything flow better. it was beyond due. My plumbers name was Richard Hannon from Orlando, Fl. I want you to know that he was awesome I dealt with roto-rooter on different occasion (never had a problem) I must say that Rick was the best one of my best tech to this date that has come out. He explain to me my options and when I just really couldnt offered it offer me a discount and on top of that took his time and made sure the problem was fix. I feel as though Rick went beyond the call of duty and I want to thank him very much. more

Roto-Rooter has proven itself to be the best plumbing service I have ever called. I have used their services three times and of all three times, including an emergency night call, and two scheduled appointments, I have been met with very good service each time. I live in Orlando (near water) and that has proven to be challenging at some times, but I have no fear because I am hooked up with the best plumbers in town! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/24/11 12/24/2011

Christmas Eve morning and I have an issue with my toilet backing up into the tub. I called Roto-Rooters and a plumber was dispatched from Orlando/Sanford within an hour. Within another hour, the plumber had the problem fixed and even replaced parts in the toilet. Excellent service. more
