Outstanding Plumber Company! 8/29/2017

Just OUTSTANDING! \r We had a piping issue in our bathroom due to installing new faucets on our own and of course you hope you do not come across any problems, well not so much in our case. Now we had a problem. We heard that Rotor-Rooter was a good solid fair company to deal with so we took the leap of faith as we were in need of some final fixes that we just could not do. \r \r My Tech was Paul Rayburn # 632 and assistant Ryan Alderson they were on time and super nice! they worked together well and walked me through each step that they were going to do, which was awesome! Also very nice to know you have 6 month warranty on everything they do BONUS!!! Could not ask for a nicer company and guys. \r \r The Customer service department also was terrific they kept in touch with you to let you know when they will be arriving so KUDOS also to a bang up customer care service dept!!. Will use then again hands down BUT I want my same tech Paul Rayburn back for sure! Thank you Paul so much your great more

House Sitting Horror 10/24/2016

So I'm house sitting for my best friend who is on a Western Caribbean Cruise. Four hours after she left for the cruise I wentt to the garage to get a soda and stepped on a sopping wet rug with bare feet. My first thought was "EW!" and then "OH NO!""\r \r Upon closer inspection and creativity with my cell phone camera I found the leak. One of the copper pipes behind the water heater had cracked. With the help of a neighbor, we located and shut off the water into the house. Now I'm stuck with 2 teenagers, a dog, and a cat and no water which left us feeling quite grungy.\r \r My first thought was Roto-Rooter because of hearing the commercials as I grew up. They didn't let me down. Service Technician, Paul Rayburn came to my rescue the next morning. Paul was a true professional and took great care to ease my concerns about the leak and praised me for catching it before any serious damage could be done. Thank you Paul for fixing the leak and helping me keep my sanity while my best friend more

Our bathroom drains were clogging and my husband had tried to contact another plumber for two-weeks, but we kept getting pushed to the next day. Roto Rooter was able to come the same day that he called. I received a call-ahead when the plumber was on his way and he arrived on time. Joseph was friendly and was able to offer advice on preventing the issue from occurring again. Their website even offered a coupon that I could use for a discount. He was polite and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. I appreciated his professionalism and their timeliness. more

After scheduling appointment, a return call was received making the appointment earlier. Plumber was friendly, helpful and professional. Some of the work required removal of a piece of wall. He was able to minimize the mess. Would definitely recommend and will utilize again if the need arises. more

We had drainage problems and called Roto-Rooter in Jacksonville. An appointment was set and they responded within that time. Nate was courteous, got right to work and got our problem corrected. He gave us information to follow up on so that we would not have this problem again. We had very good service and would call them again. more

After dealing with the other Rooter, I decided to try ""Roto"" Rooter. I read the reviews prior to my calling and must say.. I was a bit skeptical. Roto Rooter was able to send someone out in the morning instead of only having availability in the afternoon, like the plumbers I first called. They had someone there an hour and a half before promised so I was really happy about that. Nate Williams was our technician and he was very friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. We couldn't have asked for them to send a better technician. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again and ask for Nate by name. Thanks! more

We had ALL our backyard drains clogged and backing up under the house. After spending hours trying to clear them, we called roto-rooter for help. The plumber had to work at them for awhile but was able to clear all but one, which had been infiltrated by roots. There was a ton of debris that had built up over the years and he stuck with the job until he had cleared as much as possible. Now we can rest easy knowing our house isn't going to be floating away down the street! more

Our kitchen faucet broke the other day . . . just plain broke in half without reason or warning! After getting over the shock and getting a lovely new faucet at WalMart, we had to admit neither my husband nor I, neither one of us is ""handy,"" to say the least! (To be honest, we've each got 10 thumbs!)\r \r Having already used Roto-Rooter for many plumbing services already, I was extremely happy to see they also provide the type of basic service we needed: to install a faucet!\r \r John came over within a half hour of the time promised (between 2-4pm), looked at the lovely faucet we had purchased, agreed with us that the faucet was great, and had it installed and working in less than 20 minutes. John also discovered a small leak somewhere in the sink and fixed that, too.\r \r This was a wonderful experience: John was professional, thoughtful, experienced, and a great conversationalist. We will not hesitate to call these great folks for our next ""project,"" whether it is an emergency or not. more

My boyfriend and I decided to call Roto-Rooter when our shower drain clogged. Paul arrived that morning and took care of it in a timely and professional manner. He also helped to fix our malfunctioning toilets that were always running (and wasting water), and also inspected the sinks. I'm so glad that we now have the very effective Pipe Shield treatment to use on a monthly basis--not only does it work, but it is also environmentally safe. Paul was very polite, extremely knowledgeable & helpful, and will definitely be called again for any plumbing problems that may arise in our home. My water heater begin to show signs of leakage so to make sure we didn't have any middle of the night episodes I started calling. First I was shocked by the prices they charge for installation but after checking a few places I got over it. My wife took a little longer to settle down. But it boiled down to two companies and Roto-Rooter was eager to talk about the service. They were not the lowest price, but I liked the guy they sent to give me the estimate. Speaking of lowest price, that usually doesn't work. When ever I drive across the JTB bridge at the intercoastal and go over those whoop-t-dos it reminds me about taking the lowest bid. Anyways, the young man gave me a price and promised to keep to his quote. He did and completed the job quickly and neatly. I would have no problem calling Roto-Rooter again for plumbing service . Thanks to Mike he really sells your company with just his service and efficiency. more

Leaking faucet in kitchen, got to call Roto Rooter the only Plumming Company I call. Jason is a very nice young man, came out told me how much it would cost, got to work, another plummer guy came out to help. They tag teamed my problem and got it done. Now no more faucet leaks, plus I got new shut off values. All is well with my kitchen sink. \r Thank you Roto Rooter for your help. Will be calling you again if I have any Plumming problems. Every City should have Plummers like we do in Jacksonville, Florida. For their the Best trained, nice, friendly, get in and get the work done, just can't beat them. good service 3/5/2012

My specialist was on time. He fixed the leak under my sink and I no longer have to worry about my cabinets. Price was reasonable, but the mailer coupons were of no value unless your repair is at least 400-$500 dollars. Seems an automatic discount negates those mailers. more

My water heater stopped producing hot water the night before and I had to take a cold shower so the following day I decided to call a plumber. I called Roto-Rooter here in Jacksonville and Donnie Dela Cruz was at my door within an hour. He did a tremendous job and checked and re-checked every thing like 3 times! At the last minute I added a replacement of my garbage disposal and he added it in without blinking an eye. It was quality work with friendly service and an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter here in Jacksonville to anyone with plumbing needs! more

When the drains in my house started backing up into my tub. I thought oh boy here goes a ton of time and money. However that is not what happened, Donnie my plumber was on time for the appointment, was knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor,through,and fast. On top of all of that it did not cost a fortune. I am a happy camper. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-3-2012 1/3/2012

Had a kitchen clog over the holiday weekend. I did everything I knew to clear it, to no avail. Called RR of Jacksonville, to schedule a service call after the holiday. The plumber, Scott, called back immediately, and was at the house within 10 minutes. Very honest and up front w/ problem and solution. Fixed the clog in minutes and ID'd a couple of other issues for me to think about for the future. Price is what the price is, they came when called and fixed it no hassle. Was then told they don't charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays. Now I know. more
