Great service. Our kitchen sink drain was backed up. Roto-Rooter technician came within several hours of my placing the call. Roto-Rooter dispatch kept me informed on my wait time and called when the plumber was able to meet me earlier than originally planned/estimated. The plumber was very polite and explained everything that he was doing, He did a great job. He cleaned up before he left. I am very happy with the service I received. more

I was impressed with the work that was completed. The gentleman that performed the sump pump repair and installation was very nice and professional. They did a good job of advising us of their arrival 30 minutes ahead of time and keeping us posted if they were going to be late more

I called the evening before the day that they came in and serviced my home. It was getting late, and a plumber had not yet arrived. After 8 PM, their office called to let me know that a plumber was now available to service my home. Since it was late, I requested to have them send me a plumber the next morning which they did immediately the next day. This company's willingness to send me a plumber to service my home late in the day showed me that I could call them and count on them to come when needed. The service that I received the following day was excellent. It took over an hour to fix the problem of a clogged bathroom sink. My home is over 50 years old and so the serviceman did not have the parts to fix it. He went out of his way to purchase the parts for me at a home hardware center in town. I am grateful for a working sink and happy to know that Roto-Rooter is a reliable company with competent and polite employees. more
