Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service - July 2, 2011\r \r Our kitchen drain was stopped up and we tried to take care of the problem ourselves to no avail. We had used Roto-Rooter in the past and my husband called and the lady that he talked to said they could send someone out immeidately. Within 30 minutes or less two very customer service oriented gentlemen arrived. The main technician's last name was Clay. We explained the situation, they quickly determined what needed to be done, gave us the estimate, fixed the problem and gave us a 6 month guarantee! Very please with the service we received. Will call them again if needed in the future. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers-July 2, 2011 7/2/2011

We had a stopped up floor drain in the basement which had backed up raw sewage in our basement. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers-Lexington. A very pleasant lady answered the phone and told me she could send someone out right then. I was surprized considering it was Saturday on the 4th of July weekend. Two men arrived shortly thereafter. They assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and then proceeded. In short time, they had it unstopped. They even gave us a 6 month guarantee. Very pleased. more
