Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/18/2010 10/19/2010

I had service yesterday from Roto-Rooter. I had a great plumber named Juan who worked really hard. I have not lived in Colorado Springs long so I did my research. Roto-Rooter came highly recommended. After the service I could tell why no other company came to any else's mind. I had a blocked pipe due to tree roots. Not a easy job to fix but Juan had no problem getting his hands dirty to get the job done. Dont waste your time anywhere else. The price is right and the service is great!! more

Roto-Rooter service 10/16/2010 10/16/2010

First we called and were greeted by a very professional lady who helped us set an appointment. Then we got a call to let us know when the plumber was on his way. The plumber (Michael) arrived and greeted us with information about the service he was going to provide and some information about other products and services that are provided by Roto-Rooter. He ran a quick test to help diagnose the whole problem before he did anything else. Then he performed the service and cleared up the problem and we are really happy to have someone as professional as Michael come to our aid. Thank You Roto-Rooter of Colorado Springs. more

Juan #3782 review. 10/14/2010

Juan #3782 came in to repair our sewage overflow promptly. He was so efficient. He saw to it that there was a long cloth runner to wheel the machine on so he won't soil the carpet . My bathroom is in the basement and the machine was so heavy. He cleaned up all his spills on the walls and the floor after. He is hard working and courteous. I will surely ask for him again next year if ever we have this problem again. He is a keeper! Thank you so much. more

October 14, 2010\r \r The Service Technician, Juan #3782 was very professional, prompt and hart working. He did his job well and wiped all the other spills on my wall. He told me to call them before we have a sewer overflow in a year. I appreciated suggestion a lot. Thanks Juan. Keep up the good work and you are a keeper. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10-7-10 10/10/2010

Main sewer maintenance. Bill called before his scheduled appointment to let me know he'd be about 15 minutes late. I really appreciated that! No business has ever done that before! Bill explained that our line had a bad spot around 60' out and what we should do about it. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He also explaned how to use Rotor Rooter Pipe Shield to keep our drains in good working order. 'We'd definitely use Rotor Rooter again and plan to call for yearly maintenance. more

Quick, Quality Service....but questionalbe recommendations 10/10/2010

Quick and thorough yet took the time to explain things to me. But said I needed to replace some pipes with an estimate of $7000. I called another company and they said this was outrageous. So not sure their recommendations are trustworthy. more

very fast response to call for sewer cleaning. dan was there in about an hour, very knowledgeable quick and efficent. he explained all details of the work he was doing, and gave helpful hints as to future matinance. would use again for regular sewer matinance. more

Mike, our plumber in Colorado Springs, was more than helpful. Explained in detail how to auger out a toilet, how to clean the holes under the rim and pulled out the offending object that was causing the problem. This is the second time we have used Roto-Rooter and we would not hesitate to use them again. Hopefully, with our new knowledge, we will be able to help ourselves!! Thanks, Mike and Roto-Rooter more

The ONLY plumber I call! Best prices, best service, the plumbers are friendly, fast and VERY helpful. I have used them many times and every time I enjoy the expeience more. I tried once and called another "affordable" plumber in Colorado Springs and the estimate was $8000 MORE then Roto-Rooter. I am now a customer for life! more

Our plumber, Philip (Colorado Springs), was very helpful. We had another company come right before he did and they wanted to charge us $4500 for a simple root problem! Roto-Rooter was able to fix our entire problem. I will always use Roto-Rooter from here on out, they have never failed!! more
