Pleasantly surprised by my experience- the technician came out right way to fix my clogged bathtub. He did a great job and went out of his way to answer all of my plumbing questions. In case of emergency, I would call them again! more

Best Clog Opener Around! 11/10/2011

Recently our kitchen sink stopped up and we needed to get it open right away. Our plumber suggested we call Roto-Rooter, which we did. The operator told us someone would be at our home around 7 p.m. and lo and behold Keith (208) came. He was fantastic. Keith worked and worked until he located the area of the clog. He cleaned the pipe and was on his way! What a nice personable young man he was--very positive and had only good things to say about his job and the company. Best service we've had in a long time!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4-7-11 4/7/2011

So today we had a sewer issue... just got my measley tax return back and was daydreaming about sitting on the boat... when lo-and-behold my Honey calls... a backup into the utility sink in the basement and it's after 4 pm! Thanks to Roto-Rooter for coming to the rescue! They were here f-a-s-t and took care of the problem in an hour! I have tomorrow off and had spring cleaning on my agenda... you are gonna keep me on track! And I'll still have money left over to buy those deck chairs I've been eyeing! more

Very good service. Explained every detail of the job. Personable and professional service man. Will definitely use this service again. Unfortunately, the part I need is unavailable locally, so it took time to get it. more
