Huge help and dependable 10/7/2011

I had a major clog in my drain that I could not take care of myself. I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Bill came to my house and first went over with me my options and cost for the repair. He routed my drain several times until he was sure that the line was clear. . . He was very neat and thorough and also took time to give me tips on how to prevent clogs. I really appreciate the professional manner in which the job was completed. I would recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends. Thank you so much! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/12/11 5/16/2011

My water bill had doubled recently and we suspected that the running toilet was the cause. I called for a Roto-Rooter plumber from the Wheaton location and Chris a.k.a. The Roto-Rooter guy was very helpful and knowledgeable, checking out all three toilets as part of the free estimate. It turned out that only one toilet was currently leaking, another I could now see was very close, and the third had some time before it would start. I was concerned about the cost so he offered me the $40 web site coupon. There was no pressure to up sell, I really felt like Chris was on my side to save me money. It is less expensive to have all 3 toilets repaired and pay one service charge rather than to risk having to call someone out again in a few months or next year. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter! more

dependable and professional 4/18/2011

Four years ago on Thanksgiving I had 30 people over, my drain was clogged called roto-rooter they did a great job.Just last weekend drain backed up again who do you think I called, it was a Sunday morning called at ten the receptionist called me at eleven they were there by 11:30.Vano did a great job went through the line twice I was impressed again.Put some root killer in the pipe and everything was all good.Roto-Rooter drain service is number one in my book thanks Vano and Roto-Rooter. Capable and Professional 2/8/2011

Even though we called late in the day, they scheduled a same day visit and kept us informed about the E T A of the technician. We received an email confirmation as well as follow-up phone calls which updated the status as we went. The technician was in good spirits and most helpful even at the late hour of the day. I would most definitely recommend this service as they came through very well in the clutch. more
