Roto-Rooter the the rescue 1/20/2011

Exactly what you would expect from Roto-Rooter. I failed to fix a clogged sink with a rental snake. The cavalry was easy to find and contact via the web, The lady I spoke with was super nice and worked with me to schedule a guy to come the next day. The next day, she called to let me know he was on his way. He was a very easy going professional guy. It took him two tries with 'Little Bertha' to clear the pipe. I'll use his technique to test his fix for the rest of my life. (Fill the sink with water and then pull the plug to use the weight of the water to flush/test the line) I'm glad we never had to get 'Big Bertha' out of the truck. $350 more
