Great service. Everything is clear now...however, my bill for cleaning the Main Line was over $400. That seems really steep to me. I'm glad to have all clear drains though. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/7/11 9/9/2011

It was easy to make an appointment online and the plumber who came to fix our clogged kitchen sink arrived on time and was very professional and polite. I felt the price was a little high, but it was worth it to have our kitchen sink back.....I would definitely use Palo Alto Roto Rooter again! more

Great Service - Honest appeal 6/20/2011

I was very pleased with the Roto-Rooter plumber who cleared our drain today. He was very professional, polite and respectful. I felt that he was being honest with me in his assessment of our drain problem. He did not offer me a better cleaning job for an extra hundred bucks as did the company we called last year for this same problem. I would definitely call and request John C again if we have another plumbing issue. I felt comfortable having him in & out of my house for the 30 or so minutes it took to do the job. When he finished he explained what he perceived as our problem and suggested an alternative that might help delay another call. more

After a week of DIY failure, I called Roto-Rooter Plumber in Palo Alto to unclog both the sink and tub in the bathroom. The technician Purna arrived in less than an hour from my call, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a written estimate and got to work. Purna is very professional - courteous, friendly and competent. He also provided good advice on how to maintain my drains from now on. The bathroom floor seems cleaner than when he arrived so it looks like he may have wiped up the black cat hair too! Very excellent service. Claudia M more

Toilet got backed up bad. Tried several times to unclog the toilet with the ""plumber's helper"" and a ""snake"" to no avail. Decided to call the pros. We wanted someone to come right away, and when we called, the person who answered said that there was a cancellation and they could send someone within the hour. Great! As promised within the hour, Jesse, the Roto-Rooter representative came to our rescue. Courteous, knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. Clean work. He never failed to put on his plastic boot cover every time he came into the house. Well, he started working, did his job and in no time, clog was gone!
