I had a serious blockage problem in the drains of my house. I contacted Roto Rooter and they came to my home in a timely manner and corrected it. It was a breath of fresh air.

Roto-Rooter Service October 15, 2009 10/15/2009

I called on 10/15 at 7:42am with a main line clog. The operator said that I would have a service technician at my house within the hour. Larry showed up within the hour, looked at the problem, and gave me quote to fix the clog. In addition I had the line TV'd for free to give me a better idea of the severity of the issue. I opted to get the line cleaned and treated. I was given a quote for a more permanent solution, but could not afford to do the work at this time. Financing options were explained. I was given a DVD of the TV'ing of the line. Both service technicians were friendly and worked quickly. It always hurts to drop a few bucks, but overall the service was pleasant. Thanks!
