Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I had the pleasure of having Bob come to my house after my service call. I woke up Tuesday morning to find digusting back up in my guest bath. My guest toilet was stopped up. My master bath and toilet were backed up. My dishwasher never really worked to begin with, since I moved into my first home last year. My garbage disposal was warped as well. I was dreading the call, but something obviously had to be done. I made the service call after hearing great things from my co-workers about their experience with Roto-Rooter in comparison to other companies. They were able to send somebody out immediately, but because I was at work I asked if they could send somebody out in an hour. Bob showed up with a smile and great knowledge of what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and got to work immediately. He had all the tools with him and didn't have to leave to go get supplies or equipment. He had a LOT of work to do but he was very professional, clean, quick, and efficent. He explained everything to me and told me how to maintain the great work that he did. Bob is a life saver. He had a great personality, was very respectful of me and my home, and just great all around. As a single, mid 20s female, without kids, owning my first home...he could have taken advantage of me, my knowledge, and my home. I would recommend Bob and Roto-Rooter to anybody. I must admit, I had called and set up an appointment with someone else who I thought would be cheaper. They were way cheaper, as in $0. They no showed twice and when they finally came they couldn't help. I decided I needed a real professional. I called Roto Rooter at 4:20. They were here, finished the job, gave me a discount, and were out the door by 5:10. I can't tell you the relief of knowing the job was done well. Next time, I won't fool around with bargain basement guys, I'll go straight to Roto-Rooter. Pros: Quick, professional, friendly, anytime work Cons: Maybe price but you get what you pay for. more
