Roto Rooter on North , was a pleasant experience. What I can say is this is a company that cares about the customer. Curitis treated me with respect and included me and educated me on the problem and how it could be fix. He even drew a diagram to help me understand better. I tell you relationship building is the best and I will certainly use again. I even recieved a discount Wow! Roto Rooter will be my first recommendation to my friends and family. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/24/11 7/24/2011

Our kitchen sink/garbage disposal had a clog that even pure lye couldn't touch. So we called Roto-Rooter in Middletown/Le\banon/Monroe on a Sunday afternoon. To our suprise, we didn't have to wait until Monday morning for help! Andy called before arriving--and was on time, even though there was a thunderstorm. He was thorough, and explained how we could avoid future problems. more

I recently hired a plumbing contractor to come to my home to clean a sewage backup in my basement, 10 days later I had the same problem again, of course they did not guarantee their work so I was at a loss of $315.00 total and so now I call Roto-Rooter for Help, they were right on time and very informative about any questions I had to ask, The technicians name was Andy and he was very very nice, he spent time talking to me about other options like maybe checking for a bad area in tile to keep from flowing well, also was willing to send a survey man out to check things for me but since I am trying to sell the house at this time I really didn't want to put too much money it it. I had this service work completed on 5/15/11 and the service number was 16235442,,,,Andy 1340 Knows what he is doing and gets the job done..hopefully we have no more backups, but if we do I am sure we will call Roto-Rooter again..Thanks for taking your time to read this review. more

Very Professional 4/21/2010

I was able to sign up online and set my appointment. They were able to come early in the morning so that I was not waiting arround all day. They came in, did what needed to be done and was very quick and efficient. Pros: Very professional Cons: none more
