Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 9/17/11 9/17/2011

They were quick to arrive and git the fix down with speed. The plumber even checked some things that were not what he was called out for. I would recommend them in Indianapolis. My only hang up is that they are a bit pricey if you were to weigh it per/hour work. The job took 30 minutes and cost about $200.00. more

I scheduled an appointment the evening before and they arrived within the promised two hour window. The service provider was professional and knowledgable. I was able to use a couple from their site as well. This was an easy fix! more

On June 25, 2011, we placed a call to Roto-Rooter to fix a plumbing issue. We had another plumber out previously and it was not fixed correctly. Instead of calling this plumber back, we decided to call Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter sent Kye to service the leak. Since this leak involved concrete work, Roto Rooter did a great job ensuring that the plumber that came to fix it was qualified and had the correct tools to fix it. Kye arrived equiped to handle the issue - he made sure it was all fixed prior to leaving. He did an excellent job and his customer service skills were great. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in the Indianapolis area. Great job - thank you! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service 6/13/2011

On the 9th of June 2011, Kye came to service my drain. He was very informative and caring. I appreciate his patience in answering my questions. He explained that I needed to use some drain cleaner once a month which was purchased from him. He was good at making sure that I understood what he was doing ever step of the way. He let me know that another employee would be out the next day to run a camera through the drain to make sure everything was fine. I would recommend them to any and everyone. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers June 12, 2011 6/12/2011

Tim, our Roto-Rooter plumber, showed up less than 30 minutes after I called for service. Indianapolis is not huge, but I was very impressed with such quick service on a Sunday evening. He was polite, quick and offered maintenance suggestions to minimize the need for further drain cleaning. I would certainly recommend Roto-Rooter's services for quick plumbing needs. more

I had a water heater spring a leak in my basement the day before we were supposed to have a big group of friends in town for a visit. Frank B and Dave L were over that day to replace the entire unit even though it was late in the evening. Thanks for all the help, Roto-Rooter is definitely a go-to company! more

Great service starting with no charge to come out and diagnose your problem. This was on a Saturday after 5pm. not many places offer that great of service with no fees for a plumber in Idianapolis. Most places on a weekend charge $70 just to show up. after arrving he quoted a price as soon as he new the issue no figuring needed. He was done within an hour and a half. Roto- Rooter was a great choice and I highly recommned them. more

Fast and friendly service 5/1/2011

Had a clogged kitchen sink line on a Sunday morning. Roto-rooter was there within and hour and solved the problem. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right. Will use them again in the future. more

Flooded Basement Avoided 4/16/2011

Our sump pump went out suddenly one evening during the Spring rains. Knowing that the backup wouldn't last through the night, we were desperate to get someone in after-hours. Frank B. was here within the hour and had us set up with a replacement pump very quickly. more

At 10:30 on Tuesday night, we had a drain back up into our kitchen. We called Roto-Rooter for help. Frank B was very prompt in arriving and he cleared the drain quickly. I love that they don't charge extra for "after hours" calls. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone! more

Called on a Sat morning and a plumber was sent out less than an hour later to repair kitchen drain. Did a great job swept up his mess. Will call again without hesitation . more

Water Softener 3/13/2011

I called Roto-Rooter because I had had other plumbing companies for other problems and they seem to be the most upfront and honest. If I did not need something, they would not do it just to charge more money. I appreciate having a company available on the weekends. I needed to have someone look at a leaking water softener. They called early and asked if they could come early. They had the problem fixed and done in a couple of hours. The service men were very friendly. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers Rock!! 03/08//11 3/9/2011

I called the Indianapolis area Roto-Rooter plumbing co. because I initially had a slow drain in my bathroom tub pored some chemical down the drain two days before and nothing worked. Ended up with standing water for a day so I called them Monday night to make an appt for 6pm the next day and they were their before I was home from work. Frank B was very friendly came in asked a couple question had me fixed withing 10minutes. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again if I need a plumber. Great Job Frank !!!! :) more

Didn't have to dig up my yard!! 3/3/2011

Drains were running s l o w. Put off calling "someone" to fix it. Poured everything down it to fix it, to no avail. Called Roto-rooter because they gave free estimates. Very polite and courteous staff answered the phone. Had the guys out here asap. David and his co-worker assessed the situation. Decided they would not have to dig up the yard. Had that done before, what a mess. They had my drains flowing freely inside an hour. They wre great, friendly. Answered my questions. Gave me a guarantee for 6 months on todays service. I just can't say enough!! Will definitely call again with any problems. Will definitely tell friends and family of experience. more

Great service, I used the Indianapolis area Roto-Rooter plumbing co. I called them at 5pm on a Sat. with a main line problem. It took a while to get here, but they called every 45min - hour to let me know what was going on. The tech got here and was clean, i was a little worried he might not be, and quickly found the problem. I don't know how the price compairs with other companies but I don't care. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again if I need a plumber. Great Job more
