We had a serious plumbing issue - with a house full of guests and the roto-rooter service person was there within the timeframe mentioned and was very quick at solving our problem...

You're the Greatest Roto-Rooter 7/7/2010

I have been a customer to Roto-Rooter for some years now and I must say they are quick to responding to our needs. For the last seven years we have had sewer problems and Nassau County doesn't want to amit they are the caused of the problems. The county needs to have someone who is truly well experiences look into the main sewer line to find out why we are constantly having sewer stoppage. more

roto-rooter plumbers 07/06/10 7/6/2010

I returned from a trip only to find that while having a shower ,my bathtub was clogged.I tried the usual using a plunger etc.Finally I called Roto rooters .Initially i was told that they would be there immediately as there a van in the neighbourhood ,Subsequently someone called to say that they were called away and another person would be there in about 2 hours. Eventually someone did come .He was very friendly and clearly explained what he would be doing and what the cost would be. He was very clean and wore shoe protectors so the house would not get dirtly. After he finished his job ,he cleaned the place and offered suggestions so I would not encounter similar problem s in the future.I have used PLUMBERS FROM JAMAICA,NY roto rooters on many occassions before and always find them effective clean and friendly. Roto-Rooter Plumbers, June 30, 2010 6/30/2010

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the two plumbers that came to fix it did a great job. They evaluated the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. They plumbers themselves were very professional and courteous. Very nice guys and hard workers. Thanks for making me leak free. jamaica ny more

Sewage Problem 6/28/2010

I came home to a flooded basement and 90 degree heat. The main sewage pipe had backed up and water and its' contents were everywhere. We tried fixing it ourselves to no avail. Gave up and decided to call Roto-Rooter. Within one hour of calling John arrived and within 45 minutes everything was fixed. Fast, Efficient, and a reasonable price! Roto-Rooter Plumbers june 13th 2010 6/23/2010

I live in Jamaica NY and on a Sunday out of all days had an emergency issue with my plumbing in the basement. I needed a quick fix. I called Roto-Rooter and they came and took care of the issue. The plumbers were definitely professional in a sense where they understood exactly what the problem was and took care of it in a timely manner. Excellent and quick service. We called Roto-Rooter who we have used so many time for so many things. Their plumber was great. I know they are based in Jamaica NY. We are not close but they will always get someone here in 1 hr or less. Loved my service guy & the customer service was perfection.
