Roto-Rooter plumbing 8/3/2010

I was pleased with my interaction with Roto-Rooter plumbing from start to finish. The intial call was handled courteously and in a timely manner. I was able to get someone out to the house the same afternoon to assist with a leaky water heater. The call center even called when the technician was on the way. The service technician, Matt, was also courteous. He was not sure of one particular aspect of the repair and so called for assitance rather than just guessing. He was in and out in no time at all. The work area was clean when he left. Best of all, he was on time! Pros: free estimate, on time Cons: just as pricey as the next guy more
