Carlos was terrific in assessing our problem and thoroughly working through the list of potential root causes. Just as quickly as he showed up, our problem was solved!!! Quick response and prompt. Courteous and very professional service technicians. Took two trips to make repairs and we needed a follow up visit about 2 weeks later. Performed needed repairs and dealt with unexpected complications to insure proper, correct, and complete job. Honored guarantee of 100% accurate service without additional charge. Have not needed Roto-Rooter service very often, but am pleased with their workmanship. Technician Slavic #3419 is awesome! Pros: Prompt & Professional Service Cons: Can't think of any. Don't like to need this service. more
