Fast, Professional service 10/18/2011

Fast, same day service when called. Butch the plumber answered all my questions and showed me what he was going to do. He had all the materials in his van and was ready to work on my plumbing problem. He fixed my outdoor faucet that would not stop leaking. I called in the evening and he was sent right over. I recommend Butch the plumber and this Roto-Rooter service in Cary IL. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-21-2011 9/22/2011

We had a toilet that would not flush. We called around to many plumbers and Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Cary,IL. were the only ones that would send a service man out to our house to give a free estimate. The service man explained possible reasons why it might not work right. He explained the cost of each solution. He went to work and after a short time found a toy lodged in the toilet. He broke his rooter trying to free the toy. He put everything back to gether and it worked great. more

We had a need for some basic maintenance work and we had it done. It was not fun negotiating but the work is well done. I hate negotiating and this is always part of the deal but work was well done as I said. more
