We had a copper pipe spring a leak between our main water line at the street and the shut of valve inside our home. This happened on a Saturday night, and water was spraying up into the wall between our crawl space and our garage. We shut the water off at the meter and called Roto-Rooter on Sunday. We did have to wait until Monday for a plumber that was small enough to squeeze into a tight space under our house, but when Elvis arrived he was AWESOME and well worth the wait!! He was extremely courteous, very professional and communicated very well with us every step along the way. We could tell that he really knows his stuff!! In just under 2hrs our water was up and running!! Thanks, Roto-Rooter!!! And thank you, Elvis!!! more

The plumber, Elvis, arrived quickly to our home, assessed the situation under our sink and had it fixed within an hour or so. He was exceptionally courteous, had all the parts ready to go, and got the job done despite having to fix all the mistakes I made when I tried to fix the problem in the first place. Elvis was extremely knowledgable, gave me some tips and how to handle future issues, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter. He came all the way out from Issaquah, WA to our home in Sumner, WA which is a good drive away so I really appreciate the time he took out of his busy schedule to come and help us. more

Excellent service. I called at 7:15 in the morning and they were at my house at 8am. The sump pump repair took less than an hour to fix and I now I have piece of mind again! Big Bill was courteous and knowledgeable and took away the old pump. I have an issue of drainage with another pump in my basement that I will again call on him to fix. Two thumbs up for Roto-Rooter!! more

Roto Rooter on top of it! 1/2/2012

Today, on a federal holiday when I thought it would be hard to get service because alot of businesses are closed, my wife asked that I call a plumber to fix several issues around our house: 3 non-functional bathroom sinks, a leaky kitchen pipe and no water for our washing machine. I chose Roto-Rooter because of name recognition and because of their willingness to help us out on a holiday. Our technician plumber, Sergey Y. was a true professional. First, the dispatcher told us that they could have someone out to my house within an hour--Sergey was there in about 45 minutes! He was professional, clean and articulate and took the time to explain the problems, the causes and the solution. After we accepted the proposal, he was finished in no time flat and both my wife and I were happy with the whole project. more
