Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/03/2012 2/4/2012

On Friday, February 3, 2012, our kitchen sink was backing up and clogged. We called Roto-Rooter (Glenview, IL) and the Plumber, Chuck, 9840, was here within 2 hours. We were very satisfied, as he was able to fix the problem. Chuck was also very professional and courteous. He made sure any mess was cleaned up before he left. We would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again if the need should arise and we will not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to family and friends. more

Fleeced by Roto-Rooter! 1/22/2012

Roto-Rooter was able to fix my slow kitchen drain, but at TRIPLE the cost estimated by their competiors. I figured the plumber found some unusual problem because the price was so high. Then he told me it would take 2 hours, maybe 3 to fix. Surprise! It was done and he was gone 20 minutes later. What a ridiculous price! Also, he marked my receipt with the commercial guararentee (30 days) instead of residential (6 months). I was very disappointed, and will never call Roto-Rooter again, nor would I recommend them. Look elsewhere. more

Roto-Rooter to the rescue 12/27/2011

After other plumbing companies couldn't figure out the problem or said they didn't have the right equipment Roto- Rooter not only diagnosed the problem efficiently they were able to fix the problem right away. Roto-Rooter will always be my first call and I recommned it be yours. more

I needed a professional plumber to replace an old, dripping American Standard faucet in our shower. When I called Roto Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly representative who quickly scheduled a call according to my convenience.\r ""Mikhail"" who likes to be called ""Mike"" is the plumber who came to our house. He is extremely intelligent and an expert Master Plumber. He carefully removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one. He was very diligent in cleaning-up after he finished working on the shower faucet. He also provided some expert advice regarding regular maintenance of the new faucet and replacement of the faucet cartridge if required. \r I highly recommend calling MIKE from ROTO ROOTER for any of your plumbing needs! more
